Insulation 40-100 €/m² depending on the system and the building's height. Painting 24-40 €/m². Mineral-wool systems cost 20-30% more than EPS.
The price includes labour and rough-finish materials. Final-finish materials - tiles, laminate flooring, doors, light fittings - you choose and buy yourself, or leave to us.

Moisture coming from the foundation or a damaged rainwater drain stays trapped inside after insulation. We deal with the cause first.
Cold bridges around openings

Rendering and adhesive systems have temperature limits. Working below them means the system never reaches its designed strength.

From April to October, when the air temperature is stably above +5°C. For rendering and adhesive systems, a lower temperature means the material doesn't reach its designed strength.
EPS is cheaper and sufficient for most residential buildings. Mineral wool is more expensive but fire-resistant and more vapour-permeable - we choose it for taller buildings and places where fire-safety regulations require it.
