A properly installed and well-maintained metal roof lasts 40-50 years. What shortens its life most is insufficient ventilation under the covering, not the material itself.
It's best to replace the covering from April to October. In emergencies, such as repairing a leaking roof, we also work in winter, but with a limited scope of work and higher costs due to the weather.
